Suderman & Young Towing Company and Master Boat Builders signed a contract recently for the construction of two Robert Allan designed RApport 2600 tugboats. The RApport 2600 is a high-performance, twin screw ASD ship-handling tug. Expected delivery dates for the first tug is October 2022 and April 2023 for the second tug. These tugs will have an 85’ LOA and be powered by two Tier 4 Caterpillar main engines totaling 4,426 HP.
